Need help identifying toilet shut off valve fitting

Hello. I have tried looking for this type of fitting in stores. All the compressions seem to have a screw on nut. This old fitting looks like one entire piece screwed onto threads. Does anyone have an idea what this fitting is ? Thanks JW

It looks like you tried to unscrew what looks like the valve body from the part that looks like a chrome pipe nipple. They look like they should come apart. Are you certain that you are turning the valve Counter Clockwise (facing the wall) while holding the pipe nipple with another pliers?

And if it does thread onto the pipe nipple its called a 1/2" threaded or IPS x 3/8" compression angle stop.

Where is Westborough? USA or other location? Just to make sure we're talking apples to apples.
