Need help identifying this faucet manufacturer

Hello. New to this forum and could use help identifying this faucet's manufacturer as I need to replace the cartridge. This was installed around 5 years ago by our plumber but he does not recall the brand or where he purchased it. The logo on the handle has a small red dot and small blue dot inside of a circle that I am guessing hides a set screw.
