Need help identifying Shower Faucet

Shower head is leaking, and need replacement cartridge. However, unsure as to who the manufacturer is. Please help. pictures attached.

I did more research online, and I think I was able to identify it as coming from a coming in Italy called Rubitor. Looks like it is from the Antares line. I found this picture of it online:

The other name of manufacture may be Sepco Industries. But the picture ni the link looks just like the faucets I have (just in a different finish).

Anyone have any idea where I can find a replacement cartridge for this???

It looks to me like Artistic Brass. Did you count the number of splines on the stem? 15 count could be Sepco. Artistic Brass would have 12 count. It may be best to pull the stem out for a photo.
