A few years ago, someone posted:
I am looking for an American Standard Americast Silhouette sink in black #7179 . We have a granite countertop which has been cut for this sink and will fit no other. It would cost a small fortune to get the countertop recut to fit another sink.
I am having the same problem trying to replace the same sink: sounds like a standard size, but the cutout is only 30x20. I've checked all the big-box offerings, and confirmed that Kohler, Elkay and American Standard don't make anything to fit.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
