Navien NR-210 Error Code 045

My water heater was installed about 6 years ago and have had no problems until recently. We get a Error Code 045. When I look it up is says "Abnormal Bypass mixing valve". Action is: "Check the bypass mixing valve".

We still have hot water and seems to run normally. I have unplugged the system and then plugged it back in and it will stay good for a little while. I did it the next time and went right back to the error code.

System still runs perfectly.

What to do?

How did this get resolved? Did you have to replace the mixing valve or any other piece? Many Thanks
