Good morning forum members, I just had a Navien 210A2(NG) installed and it failed inspection due to the exhaust port being too close to the window.
Luckily, the managers at Reece Plumbing were super supportive and helped piece together a kit to have the exhaust and intake port ducted to pass code.
This is where the problem is occurring, after a solid week of usage without issues, it's now giving me an error code 110-01 for exhaust blockage, however there is nothing obstructing the exhaust side. Upon startup of the unit, there is a girgling noise for 10 seconds and it throws code 110-01, I removed all the water in the system through the valves however the problem still persists.
I tried contacting Navien tech support, however I am only being advised to reach out to a licensed plumber.
Do any of you plumbing gurus see any issue with this intake and exhaust setup I made? I followed Reece Plumbing's recommendations to install the duct work and made it look nice, but I just cant figure out the problem with it.
Any help is greatly appreciated in advance.
Thank you!
