I building the following for a new guild and need some advice. I am going to use 2 Navien NFB 200H boiler only in cascade mode. They will be used for 6 total zones with individual circulator pumps. 4 Hydro heat air handlers, 1 radient garage floor zone and an Indirect water tank. I will be using a Callefi Hydro seperator in between the primary and secondary loops. I believe Navien recomends 2" primary and secondary loops. I was going to use 1 1/2" copper pipe with each zone port branch being 1" on the secondary loop. Should I use the 2" pipe with 1" ports or is 1 1/2" with 1" ports adequate. Can I make the primary loop 2" and then reduce down to 1 1/2" on the secondary loop side of the hydro separator. Thanks in advance.
