I have a love-hate relationship with this tankless unit: I love to hate it, and it just makes it so easy.
Navien NCB-240e combi domestic hot ok, house heat nope
This unit got a new boiler under warranty 6 mos ago. 3-way valve also replaced at that time. Single zone, no AC, no fan (radiant heat). Temperature in house is not going up, heating water temp set to 111F.
All of the larger-diameter pipes at the unit (usually) feel warm to touch (as I might expect). The exterior green Taco circ pump is warm and vibrating as if running.
SFBay California, been in the 40s / low 50s for days. Some tell-tale parts of the floor that are usually warm when heating are either barely warm or not all.
Any ideas? I don’t dismiss the 3-way could be failed anew given their reputation. Can it be airlock requiring a bleed? I thought that Navien had valves that do that automatically, if working correctly though?
