Navien NCB-240E Internal Pump

I have a Navien NCB-240 Combi Boiler at my lake home. When I was up there last weekend I noticed it kicking on and off. What I mean by that is that the internal pump kicks on for 15 seconds every 2 minutes. This is different as I don't recall that being the case before. I called Navien and they were not helpful, they told me to call a technician. I hate to have a service call if it is something I can correct. If its an issue with the unit, then I am covered under warranty.

Sounds like if Navien wasn't able to help over the phone a technician is probably in order. Generally if they're not working properly and cycling like that you will get an error code.

Is it cold there? thought some had a freeze protection

There is a inlet air filter page 15 couldnt find a service manual but theses boilers show almost every failures. Just need the book.

The filters are easy to clean, either a pin or small Phillips screw and filter can be slid out and cleaned......it also sounds like a technician should swing by at some point regardless for a service.
