Navien condensate problem

Hello,

I have a Navien NP-240(A) and it appears that the condensate drain is producing excess amounts even though there has been no call for hot water. At a steady drip about 3.5 gallons were produced in about 9 hours. Any insights as to the reason for this are appreciated.

That's not condensate. Was it raining outside when that happened?

You may have a water leak inside the unit.
