Name This Faucet

Trying to find the brand name for this faucet, we think it is from the 80's. Need to fix the shower diverter and want to find parts for hot/cold too.

Turn off the main water to the house, remove the stems, run to a plumbing supply outlet and buy the exact same stems.

Absolutely. trying to do from a distance and it is located in an area with no well supplied plumbing supply shops within 90 miles. (big box no help) Appreciate the help, after visiting several supply houses, purchased a new Moen and will install that and eliminate future issues. Thanks again for listening.
