my submersible pump harms,

when checked i found out that the bearing had stuck, i replaced the bearing and the shaft start rotating, but after assembling the impellers back it harms again until you give it a starting tongue by your hand. what ca be the issue please help.

Not enough info to help. There is no bearing in a submersible pump to replace? The only bearing in the motor is a thrust bearing, which would be difficult to replace and takes practice to get it right? When you have to help a pump to start, usually the start cap is bad.
