Moen shower always leaking

I've replaced the cartridge.

Also its new construction so its all squeaky clean.

The model is called Weymouth, which is one of the more expensive ones they have.

The Posi-Temp cartridge for that is the same across the line. I notice that the shower arm bends up and then down. When you say that it's leaking, does it ever stop dripping? Or does it drip for several minutes?
A tub shower valve will have a small drip for 35 minutes after showering as it slowly drains down the pipe between the shower head and the tub spout.

Did you replace the cartridge because it was leaking?
Can you attach a photo of the new cartridge and the body inside the wall?
