Moen Roman tub cartridges 1224, 1248B, 14571 etc.

I'm having troubles finding replacement cartridges for my Moen two handle Roman tub faucets.
Old part: 14571-6-3 and has the high flow orfice. 1224 has too small an orfice, it is not high flow.
1248B does not fit, too large OD. I don't know what the "B" means.

Anyone have an idea for the replacement part?

Moen has lifetime warranty, call them for free replacement parts.

Thanks, I sent the pic to Moen Support and had a phone call with them.
They are sending 14891: "Moen 1224 Two-Handle Replacement Cartridge for 4997 valve prior to 6/00" which replaces the 14571.
It's for older (before 2000) Roman bathtub high flow (compared to modern 1224) and rep advised it has an even slightly larger port that 1248 but the 1248 is larger OD and will not fit in a fixture using 1224.

The "B" suffix at the part number end is just for different packaging, plastic verses cardboard.
