Hello Terry,

I have a Moen ExactTemp shower faucet which I believe is a model T3428. My problem is the temp knob just spins and does change the temperature. I took it off and noticed that 3 thermoplastic prongs underneath the temp handle are worn down and basically slip and don't catch. Moen discontinued this model and I cannot find the part or a parts diagram anywhere. Do you have any suggestions? Is there another replacement handle I can use on the exacttemp model 3301? Mine is chrome and I'll attach some pics. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks again,

David
