I've read enough threads here to know that the Mansfield toilets are not well thought of. I have three in my house that are 17 years old. Our first floor flooded due to a washing machine problem and we now need to replace all the flooring, ductwork, and crawl space insulation. I'm thinking of replacing the first floor half bath toilet during the rebuild. I'm fond of the Mandsfield tower flush valve system and am wondering if I can install the tower valves in non-Mansfield toilets. Or am I feeling too much love for the tower valve and should I just go to a different flush valve system on a new toilet. Thanks.
