Manabloc supply lines blow off

I installed a Viega Manabloc homerun. My fixture supply lines are fine, but the compression supply adapters at the top will not hold. The hot and cold pipes have both blown out. I've tried Sharkbite brand and a couple other brands of pipe with the same result. Any suggestions?

Are you following the instructions correctly and using the correct tube and fittings? See manual http://s3.supplyhouse.com/product_files/NPTS-36144-install.pdf

I switched to Sharkbite Push-to-Connect fittings and problem solved. I installed everything by the book the first time so I'm assuming the original compression fittings were just duds.
