Main stack question

Main stack needs to move a few feet in a bathroom remodel.

To reuse existing stack where it goes thru roof, can there be a horizontal short run in attic, we'll above any rims?

If not, can a 45 be used to connect new main stack to old?

Horizontal with a 1/4 inch per foot slope down in attic is OK. Some codes do not require the slope, but everybody is fine with the slope.
