We are converting our tub to a shower, and the rough plumbing was done a few days ago. Since then, we are getting fluctuating water temps (mostly lukewarm) from all other hot water faucets in the house. When it does heat up it is not as hot as it used to be, and almost immediately begins to cool down. We've never had temp problems before. What could be the cause?

You used a Delta shower valve, didn't you. It either has to have the small black "bypass" plug inserted inside it, or the operating cartridge has to be installed in the valve body.

Yes, the plumber installed a Delta multichoice r10000-unbx. I will have the contractor call the plumber tomorrow. All kinds of thanks to you!
