Low Water Pressure Laundry Sink Faucet

I have a MIFAB M2-500 pressure drop activated trap seal primer installed under my laundry sink. Recently I have experienced a significant drop in water pressure at the sink faucet and nearby toilet. Could this be caused by a faulty trap seal primer?

I don't think having a trap primer does anything to your water pressure. It's just does a drip every so often.
