Hello to Terry Love, who helped me with a remodel on Finn Hill in the late 90s. A great mentor, friend and yes, plumber.
I'm replacing a toilet with a low tank height. There is a shelf over the tank that is tiled in, and I don't want a major remodel to replace the toilet. The old toilet is from the 60s, and is in great shape. The porcelain is still like new so it must be quality. However, it flushes slowly and often needs a second flush for floating debris.
The shelf over the tank is at 30" high. I need room to service the tank and replace parts easily.
Looking for extra good porcelain that resists staining.
I would also be interested in an integrated Bidet but not a requirement.
