low flush/high efficiency toilets with 14" rough

I'd like to replace an old tiolet which has a 14" rough-in with a new high-efficiency/low flush toilet. Given that I need a 14" rough it seems that my options are limited. I am aware of the Toto Vespin which can accomodate the 14" rough with a special kit but these wind up being pretty expense once you factor in the bowl, tank, seat and rough-in kit.

Are there any other "good" options for low flush toilet that performs well with a 14" rough-in? By the way, I have two other Toto toilets which I really like - they work great - so I would be looking for another toilet that performs similarly and that won't break the bank.

Thanks in advance for any advice/recommendations.

Any 12" toilet will work on a 14" rough.
The bowl sets out 2" from the wall.

Most manufacturers will have a thick tank, to lessen the gap between wall and tank, but leave the bowl out there anyway.

The "only" manufacturer that moves the bowl closer is Toto.

Just drop another 12" bowl in if cost is a factor.

Toto Vespin II CST474CEFG with SS114 Softclose seat.
This bowl was installed on a 13-1/2" rough-in using the 14" Unifit adapter.
The water shutoff can be as close as 5-1/2" to the left of center, unless it's higher off the floor, and then it can be even closer to center.
This shutoff had been replaced with a new 1/4 turn valve with brass nipple through the wall.

In some of the older Seattle homes, the old toilets had been wall mounted tank toilets.
Those typically are 14" rough-in and need a flange repair to use standard closet bolt connections at the flange.
Everything is on the truck for that.
The Vespin comes with a standard 12" adapter or you can order a 10" or 14" adapter depending on your rough-in distance.

14" toilet

In the "old days" the manufacturers made a special 14" bowl with the outlet and bolt holes moved 2" further forware, and kept the standard tank. Now most of them use the same bowl as the 12" rough, and make a special tank which is 2" wider at the rear. Therefore, if the 12" bowl flushes properly, it will also do so when it is mounted on a 14" rough.
