Low flow from Clack WS1 water softener

In hindsight, I should have known the signs. I started suspecting my flow rate through the house was going down even though my dedicated lawn water was fine. Then I noticed my soft water ran out way too quick. My stack and piston change out was to remedy the brine tank not emptying when it should and in fact the brine level was rising.

Well at least you have a Clack valve head so rebuilding is pretty darn easy yes?
