Today we blew a valve in our irrigation. We had to turn the water main off at the street. After the valve was fixed and the water turned back on, we have noticed that each time the water is on upstairs, it is incredibly loud downstairs. It makes the sound of an agitator on a washing machine (only much, much louder), and, coincidently is loudest in the laundry room. Can anyone tell me what happened and how we can go about fixing this problem?
