Because of plumbing set up the best and easiest place to install whole house filters is between the well and pressure tank. Which means ball valves in the line. I am looking for a high pressure cut off switch that will cut off electricity to the pressure switch on the tank in case pressure on well side of filters gets high for what ever reason. Would like something without automatic reset. I would rather reset it manually. Need one that would cut off power at about 80psi. Can someone throw me an idea where I could get one and name of product? Thanks for any help.

Idea:

An upstream regular pressure switch, set for high pressure, drives a relay/contactor. The normally closed relay contacts pass power to the regular pressure switch.

The normally open contact of the relay also energizes the relay, so that does the latching function. Interrupt that path by pressing a normally closed pushbutton to deenergize the relay and thus reset.

Momentary switch is the manual reset. 3 pole 30 amp 240vac contactor. Pump switch ( can be adjusted higher than 60 lbs) using only one of two contacts. also a box to mount parts in.
