Dear friends,

After I did my research on the water softener. I am deciding to go for Fleck 5810 XTR2.

Anyone here can recommend me a reliable seller with the good price?

Please PM me.

Thank you very much,

Is there a sheet somewhere that lays out the differences between these various valves? I've seen Fleck come in models 2510SXT, 5600SXT, 5800SXT, 7000SXT... being new to a home that requires softening and neutralization, it's been hard to piece together all the differences, and I want to make an informed purchase.

Not really any "sheet". In general, softeners and similar equipment can be made with a multitude of components. The availability of cheap counterfeit components has really come of age with people constantly trying to find the lowest price regardless of quality. A hundred fake reviews and the system must be good! :)

Stick with reputable companies and stay away from the lowest price.

Clack and Fleck are the high end valves. These high end valves can end up on some fairly junky tanks, medias and other components.

Can you post your water report?
