Looking for a rarely-used 4x3x3 PVC sanitary tee... Are these available?

Wondering if anyone manufactures a PVC DWV sanitary tee that's 4" at bottom (to connect to my 4" vertical soil stack headed down to sewer), 3" at top (I'd like to reduce the stack circumference as it heads through upper floor and then through the roof), and 3" or 4" to the side (headed to toilet).

A standard 4x3 reducer coupling takes up too much (vertical) space.

You can use a reducing bushing that goes directly into the hub and doesn't add to the run length.

Note that a 4x3x4 san-tee is marketed as a 4x4x3 quarter bend with low heel inlet.
