Also, can anyone suggest or point me to instructions for regular service/cleaning of this boiler?

Any idea is this is a water temp sensor, flame sensor, water pressure sensor, or some other?

Below is a picture of the inside.

The sensors from left to right (I believe) are: OUTLET, OUT TEMP, FLOW, IN TEMP. I discovered this by disconnecting the sensors and watching the display.

I removed the FLOW sensor and the filter to which it attached and cleaned the filter (as per page 80 of the service manual) but that did not fix the COMBI SENSOR FAULT.

I don't know what that fault refers to.

The only thing I could find is this:

Anyone have any ideas on what to check next?

Yep, you got it!

Resistance across sensor varies from 60 to 200 ohms -- far far lower than normal.

Found the part number and ordered a replacement.
