I had a leaky toilet, I realized it was the toilet connector. I replaced the toilet connector. No luck, I thought it was a faulty new connector. Now I am on my third connector (two different companies). They all can't be faulty. It really looks like it coming from the place where connector connects to the toilet, but I don't know anymore. I tried with and wihout teflon tape. The original connector had metal nut, the new ones are all hand tighten plastic ones. I dont what to do, anybody have any suggestions?

It is an American Standard. I dont the model number, maybe 3021. It is a one piece bowl and tank.
