I have a economy 7 emersion combo cylinder no makers name, and it's covered in what looks like fake leather, small tank on top has overflow leak I've replaced ballvalve and reduced water level but after 5/6hours tank overflows again, mains stopcock in kitchen has pressure dial above reading 2/2.5 bar at side of cylinder it has a blending valve name on it is oventrop white cap. My basin has individual taps, bath has shower mixer and
I have leaver arm mixer at kitchen sink tap ,I isolated hot feed to kitchen tap which is only 4/5 weeks old thinking that cold feed could be bypassing hot and feeding cylinder then onto small tank above then on to overflow but again after 4/5 hours overflow leaking again any help /advice would be great

Are you talking about an espresso maker, a water heater, or what?
