Ok so here is the deal. I'm relocating my laundry room to the basement. The picture shows the main drain line going out of the block wall of the basement. The center of the plug is 26-1/2 inches off the floor. So how the heck do I plumb in the washer drain into this that allows it to be to code. What are my options and how do I do it? I plan on putting my washer directly beside the main drain for ease of plumbing. I don't know if I can put a p trap that high up off the ground, and i had some tell me about an anti siphon, but I don't know how to plumb that in either. PLEASE HELP!!!

Install a laundry pump so that the waste can pump up into a new wye installed above the existing one.
You will also need a proper vent for any plumbing you are installing in the basement.
