The city had a three person crew planting trees in the community. One dug the hole, the second one inserted the tree, and the third one filled and tamped the ground around the tree. One day, I noticed there were only two people working. One dug the hole and the other filled it in. When I asked what they were doing, they said, "Well, Joe, who usually plants the trees is sick today, so we are working without him".
