Thank you for this information that I found in another post. I installed a Korky Quiet Fill (like in my Toto at home) in a tank I recently rebuilt and installed in my camp. Glad to know the trickle from the top is normal and not a defect.
I like the construction of this valve, and will switch the other 2 tanks to them when the need arises.
