Kohler Shower Faucet - endlessly rotating - Video attached

Our Kohler faucet has been working fine for lontime, until recently it starting spinning counter clockwise.
The hot/cold water mix is not jut a wild guess

Kindly suggest the part needed. Hoping it's not a full cartridge replacement. Thanks in advance.

I think it's either the restaining clip or the part that slides over that. But you have to take it apart to know what's broke.

Sure will do it tonight. Just edited the post its a Kohler not Moen .

That's what I thought. The limit stop or cartridge tab is broken. You will need to identify the cartridge and replace it.
