One of the worst WC ever made.
I try to dissuade customers from even bothering. Waste of money for poor performance WC that you can't buy a seat for any more.
Definitely not worth hiring a pro. Most haven't wasted their time on them anyway.
It is possibly a model that has a twist out overflow assembly. Some twist, some have three screws that release cams that are out of sight. Complete garbage at any rate. The kind of product that made Toto a godsend of good engineering at that point in time.
