Hello all, I was hoping for some expert advice. I have a kohler 2 way diverter for a shower head and arm. Both are getting pretty low pressure relative to the other heads in the bathroom. When I take off the fixtures the pressure out of the shower arm is noticeably lower than that of the other arms (another shower arm and rain head) in the same shower. Given that is low out of the arm I don’t think it is the handheld or shower head. I contacted the kohler people and it sounds like there is a “check valve” in the arm before the diverter (see attached photo). Can I just pull this thing out all together as I suspect it’s probably restricting flow out the arm? Appreciate any help!
