finally doing my kitchen remodel.... trying to figure out kitchen sink venting. I have a window 14 ft long and it sits 40 inches from floor to bottom of window. Sink is located smack center 7ft. Don't know what to do about the vent. Too low to run accross... it's exterior wall so I'm told I can't use a loop vent?? Should I use an aav?? I will have a dishwasher and air gap on counter top.
I'm in washington state.

In Washington State, you can run the vent over to the side of the window, or use an Island vent, or an AAV.
Normally I see either the vent to the side or an AAV here.
The Island vent would be a bit of work on an outside wall.
