Kitchen Faucet identification

I recently bought an old house built in 1900, but the kitchen was updated in the 80-90s. The kitchen faucet is leaking at counter from the on/off single handle of a 4 piece chrome. No brand, name, logo...and no hex key screw to check stem. Any thoughts?
