I changed the disc on my softener today and put everything back as it was (I think) but now it won't manual backwash. Only regen happens, it for some reason even when indicator stops at backwash, will go and do a regen.
Does a regen include a backwash anyway? And do I need to worry about it not doing a backwash manually if regen works fine?
