Kinetico check ball size

i am trying to find out the diameter of the check balls in my model 60.
whoever had this unit apart last did not put them back in.
we just purchased this house and it is not drawing brine so i looked in the head and found no balls

Contact Kinetico, but since they do not sell parts, or give any dimensions, you will have to have them do the service.
