I'm busting up some slab and installing an IWTC in a 2x6 wall. I saw this image from a reddit post and am wondering if it would be a violation to vent the wc this way? The wye would be a 3" and I'd like to use it as a wet vent with a washing machine using it as a drain. There is an overhead 2" roof penetration that I can access.
