It's time to remove your hoses from the outside faucets. It's Winter now!
A hose left on prevents the frostfree hosebib from draining out and when the temperatures drop into the 20's, ice will form and split the copper.
Plumbers will get calls in the Spring when the homeowners starting using their hoses again. Just a reminder. :)

A cold Winter did this, next time they will remove the hoses.
