Island Venting questions

hello, i'm doing a remodel of an existing island vent. from the research and reading other island venting threads i read that you need a "flat patterned clean out tee" if you are going to install a garbage disposal unit.

i guess my questions is:

1) is picture C a "flat patterned clean out tee"?
2) if so, is that what i need to connect to the P trap on the drain side of the vent?
3) because originally i was going to use picture D as the sanitary tee and put an addition sanitary tee with clean out plug above it (see schematic B)

The flat pattern is okay for the cleanout. For the trap arm you will need the santee.
