Is this wet vent a UPC violation?

The trap arms can have 1/4" per foot grade up to 42" long. The moment you turn them up with 90 degree bends it doesn't work.

Trap arms like this, and 2" all the way up including the vent. This one wasn't a wet vent so the vent was only 1.5".

I was actually talking about the vent for the water closet but very glad you told me about the lav traps as well. I actually don't know why I had them turned like that in the pic because the cross is already at 19" so no need for that. How about the WC?
