Stupid question probably but is this plumbed incorrectly? I was told it is breaking the vent to the toilet and the shower, but it seems like it should functionally be fine. What am I missing? Double 45 to toilet, and double 45 to shower drain in the photos. The 2" wye is tied to a 2"vent on the wye side. The double 3" 45s are going up to a toilet.

The trap arm can only rise at a 2% slope. That would be 1/4" per foot and max out at eight feet on some codes, five on others.
The moment you 45 or 22 up you've created an S trap which siphons. Toilets siphon anyway, so they have some different rules on their venting.
