Is this a delta 1700 series? Tub spout drips when off

I guess I need to replace the cartridge, drips once every 3 seconds when off... I'll attach picture, been hard to find a model verification online.

Spoke to Delta, they're sending springs/seals/quad seal for 1700 series... NO CARTRIDGE hope it fixes it seems unlikely :(

Well they were "backordered" from delta so I bought a spring & seal kit from a local supply house. I *did* have to use a wrench to GENTLY remove the collar but nothing was broken, I cleaned it up with a toothbrush best I could and reassembled NOT using a wrench, hand tight as much as possible with my hands and a towel.

Turned the water back on and... no leaks!
