Thank you for reading / responding. I’m attaching photos of work in progress in Michigan. The contractor’s plumber indicates the 2” vent (in the shower) is sufficient to vent 2 sinks, toilet, shower, solid surface tub. The reason for the venting change is because we added a second sink which now drains where that vent used to be ( going to the roof).
Please let me know if the pictures tell the story. The vent is far over on the right in back of the shower drain. We don’t want any problems, instead we felt he should continue to vent where the original vent was (but it would need to be smaller due to the changed layout and he’d have to alter the feed into that big drain stack .
