I have heard of restricitions on certain wire types being used i n"moist areas"

1. Are all crawl spaces considered moist areas?

2. If not all, how is this determined?

3. Are MC Armored Cable and NM restricted in these areas?

Thanks in Advance

No NEC definition of moist. There is dry, damp and wet. Crawlspaces generally considered dry. Code actually lists basements and crawl spaces together for rules on NM.
