Is Moen getting rid of the Posi Temp?

I"m concerned that Moen will get rid of the Posi Temp , there is no reason for them to have it now that they have the M-Core .. with the MCore you can use both a temp only trim and a volume+temp trim ... The posi temp was the temp trim version of the Moentrol. Now since they got rid of the Moentrol , think the posi temp is next. Does anyone have any insight?

I 100% agree that is the plan. I would not worry about it tho. There are millions an millions of PT valves installed. I would imagine you will be able to get parts and trim for a very long time.

Either. Depends on if you buy Serise 2 Trim (works like PT) or Serise 3 trim (works like MR) to go with the valve body.
