Moen common as dirt 1225 cartridge or 1200 either one. there is a sticky on changing them out they are very easy to change but prone to getting stuck.
While you have it opened up a modern valve is so much nicer for showers as no fluctuation or scalding. for filling a bath tub most are horribly slow.
That Moen valve I personaly like but as mentioned they arent scald resistant and can"t legaly be installed today , but very repairable to excellent service
